What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Food Safety, Regulatory, and Good Manufacturing Practices Ability and aptitude to work in an R&D, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution environment
- Responsible for communicating and elevating any quality and food safety concerns to site management
- Perform pre-operational inspection after sanitation.
- Complete required documentation.
- Know and understand all CCP's, and report any findings of deficiencies to Site Quality Manager
- Maintain and report on hold product and monitor its proper disposition
- Reconcile quality checks from previous lot
