Global Customer Logistics Rep
Chalfont, Pennsylvania
The Mars Fishcare Global Customer Logistics Representative is responsible for communication to and from our customers, the accuracy and logistics of their sales orders, the financial reconciliation of their accounts and the reporting of our performance.
What are we looking for?
- HS Diploma w/3 years of experience in a similar position with a strong customer service component and data analysis OR Bachelors with customer service experience.
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- High approachability and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to account for time zone differences.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Process customer orders and maintain high level of customer service.
- Act as a liaison between customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
- Partner with Finance team to reconcile customer accounts.
- Build synergies with all departments, especially a close collaboration with Sales Supply Chain and Finance to guarantee the best support for each type of customer.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Report business metrics related to On-Time Delivery & Fill Rate.
- Act as company specialist as it relates to conducting business directly with retail customers and consumers as they cross difficulties in ordering product direct.
