Job Description: LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (PRN)
The PRN Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care to residents in Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing settings. This role is responsible for assessing resident needs, administering medications, performing treatments, and coordinating with the care team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct resident care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
- Conduct assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (state-specific)
- Experience in LTC/SNF preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work PRN with flexibility across shifts
