Our PMO Monday.com Administrator is accountable for the technical planning, deployment, and support of the PMO software platform and the critical Release Management "Safety Gate". This role is integral to eliminating application risk by controlling how technical changes go live. Success requires a blend of platform expertise, proactive monitoring, and set adherence to technical standards.

- Maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture for all technical deployments and platform changes and following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Serving as the technical lead for Monday.com, including the design and maintenance of standardized dashboards with self-service options, board templates, workflow automations, and integration maintenance.
- Designing and supporting a unified "Front Door" tool within Monday.com to facilitate idea capture, intake lifecycle, and the evolution of requests from initial submission to objective sizing.
- Acting as the "Safety Gate" for Release Management, ensuring every project passes final technical readiness reviews and meets technical standards before going "live".
- Managing the shared Release Calendar to prevent application instability caused by conflicting deployments and to preserve team resources.
- Ensuring "Single Pane of Glass" data flow from Monday.com to the SQL Data Warehouse and PowerBI for executive-level visibility and reporting.
- Applying Deployment Checklists, including final verification of testing, rollback plans, and stakeholder approvals.
- Managing resource and capacity mapping within Monday.com to move the team away from "experience-based" subjective to real-time data on resource availability.
- Championing continuous improvement by leveraging AI-augmented insights to summarize project health and flag at-risk timelines.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field; 3–5 years of application or server administration experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Monday.com administration, automations, and dashboarding.
- Knowledge of MS SQL, PowerShell, and data integration techniques.
- Strong understanding of IT Release Management and deployment "safety gate" protocols.
