  • Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Infrastructure, Security, Product Engineering, Enterprise IT, and Operations teams.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, working sessions, steering committees, and executive reviews.
  • Drive action-item management and ensure accountability for commitments across all stakeholders.

  • Coordinate activities that improve infrastructure resilience, patching effectiveness, technology readiness, and operational stability.
  • Manage interdependencies across infrastructure teams and technology programs.
  • Track and report key performance indicators, milestones, and delivery metrics.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, and Product Security teams to coordinate remediation efforts.
  • Support enterprise vulnerability response initiatives, security assessments, readiness exercises, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Track remediation plans, risk exposure, and mitigation progress across workstreams.
  • Ensure timely escalation of critical risks, roadblocks, and decision requirements.

Executive Communication & Governance

  • Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership presentations.
  • Provide clear visibility into project health, milestones, risks, and resource needs.
  • Facilitate governance forums and ensure leadership decisions are documented and actioned.
