Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of the Mythos Program, a strategic enterprise initiative focused on infrastructure readiness, vulnerability remediation, cybersecurity risk reduction, operational resilience, and enterprise-wide technology preparedness. The program brings together teams across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Product Engineering, Enterprise IT, Operations, and external partners to drive coordinated delivery of critical initiatives designed to strengthen the company's security posture and technology readiness. The role supports activities including vulnerability response, patch management, infrastructure modernization, incident readiness, and risk mitigation.
This role is heavily focused on project management and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery across multiple workstreams, managing complex dependencies, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring commitments are completed on time and with measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an execution-focused technology Project Manager with a strong Infrastructure background and a working understanding of Cybersecurity programs. They excel at organizing complex initiatives, driving accountability across teams, managing detailed project plans, and providing clear executive communications. This individual is equally comfortable working with technical teams to resolve delivery challenges and presenting program status to senior leadership. Security experience is preferred, but a strong infrastructure project management background combined with excellent delivery discipline is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead day-to-day execution of the Mythos Program and associated project workstreams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and dependency maps.
- Track progress against deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
- Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Infrastructure, Security, Product Engineering, Enterprise IT, and Operations teams.
- Facilitate project status meetings, working sessions, steering committees, and executive reviews.
- Drive action-item management and ensure accountability for commitments across all stakeholders.
- Support infrastructure initiatives related to cloud, network, server, endpoint, and enterprise technology environments.
- Coordinate activities that improve infrastructure resilience, patching effectiveness, technology readiness, and operational stability.
- Manage interdependencies across infrastructure teams and technology programs.
- Track and report key performance indicators, milestones, and delivery metrics.
- Partner with Cybersecurity, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, and Product Security teams to coordinate remediation efforts.
- Support enterprise vulnerability response initiatives, security assessments, readiness exercises, and risk mitigation activities.
- Track remediation plans, risk exposure, and mitigation progress across workstreams.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical risks, roadblocks, and decision requirements.
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership presentations.
- Provide clear visibility into project health, milestones, risks, and resource needs.
- Facilitate governance forums and ensure leadership decisions are documented and actioned.
- Build strong partnerships across technical and business leadership teams.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve program execution, team effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Promote best practices for project management, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8 12 years of project management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Data Center, Security, or Technology Transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, dependency management, resource coordination, budget tracking, and risk management.
- Experience leading highly visible initiatives with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience leading Cybersecurity, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, Risk Management, or Security Transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of vulnerability remediation, patch management, incident response, threat management, and enterprise security practices.
- Familiarity with infrastructure security, cloud security, endpoint security, and enterprise architecture concepts.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Agile, SAFe, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or related certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in large global enterprise environments.
