Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a pest control customer route using training provided to ensure the most efficient pest solution for our customers.
• Follow a daily route schedule, insuring timely arrival at each stop.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and cross sell additional services. Discuss the scope of services provided with the customer.
• Apply all products according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Respond to customer service requests, address concerns, and provide verbal and written communication in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional image through daily attention to vehicle and equipment maintenance and cleanliness as well as personal, professional appearance.
• Accurately and professionally complete all service-related paperwork.
• Obey all vehicle policies and procedures.
• Strong Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Pest control knowledge including products and service.
Qualifications and Skills
• Current Certified Technician License
• 1 Years of related experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 or over.
• Familiarity with iPhone and iPad
• Valid TX Driver’s License
• Able to regularly lift 45 pounds, walk, stand, and climb ladders.
• Great customer service skills and neat appearance
• Works well in a team environment
• Must be able to pass background test and drug screen.
