What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Mars Services LLC?
Specific duties, functions, and responsibilities:
• Each crew will need to have their own cleaning tools such as gloves, mops, vacuums, brooms, scrub brushes, etc.
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, as well as reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within the metroplex area and to transport required tools to complete assignments
• Ability to work in and around inclement weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds or more, squat, bend, stand, and maneuver equipment easily
• Required to have excellent knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for all areas of a home or multilevel building
• Able to take direction, be reliable, productively work on your feet for several hours in a day, and adhere to scheduling needs
• Must show up on time to each assigned and accepted job and communicate completion properly
• Ensure the safety of clients’ belongings, home, and offices.
• Participate in safety briefings, adhere to changes in policy and procedure, and attend required meetings quarterly at the Mars offices
• Ensure crews have information and instructions necessary to complete jobs
• Required to use smart phone applications to update job performance details and completion status daily
• Understand special requests and preferences for wide variety client base
• Commitment to excellent service with a friendly and positive attitude and efficient communication skills
• Responsible for each person you employee to represent Mars Service standards and appearance
