Job description
We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Roofing Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, assess their needs, and provide tailored roofing solutions that deliver real value. What You’ll Do
- Generate and develop new business by engaging prospective customers and following up with existing leads
- Conduct in-home consultations and perform exterior property and roof inspections (including ladder use)
- Identify customer needs and present customized roofing solutions
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Resolve customer concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Track sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Stay current on industry best practices and continuously improve through coaching and feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to build rapport and manage customer relationships effectively
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders for roof inspections
- Reliable transportation required (SUV, van, or truck within first 30 days)
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $150,000 earning potential
- Base salary plus uncapped commission structure
- Earnings include per-contract fees, profit percentages, and performance bonuses
- Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
- Transparent pay structure with no commission cap

- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
