NOW HIRING — OTR TEAM DRIVERS | $0.85 CPM | NO TOUCH FREIGHT | Dedicated lane: Texas — California — Georgia
EACH DRIVER TAKES HOME $2,500–$3,000/WEEK $0.85 CPM (team) · 6,000–7,000 miles/week · steady pre-booked freight.
THE RUN - Dedicated TX–CA–GA lane run as round trips. - Predictable cycle: depart Texas, run CA-GA round trips, return home. - Plan on 2–3 weeks out before home time. - Real, pre-booked freight from day one.
NO TOUCH FREIGHT
PAY & EQUIPMENT - $0.85 per mile (team) - 6,000–7,000 miles per week (team truck) - $3,000–$3,500 per driver, per week -
Late-model, company-owned tractors
BEYOND THE CPM On top of the $0.85 base, this lane includes additional pay incentives and driver benefits built around how the operation runs — covered in detail when we talk.
Job Requirements:
Verified driver teams (apply together), or solo drivers open to being matched -
2 Years experience
Valid Class A CDL
Clean, safety-minded driving record -
Comfortable with long OTR cycles and high weekly mileage.
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL
Wage Range: 0.80 - 0.90 per mile
