What You'll Do:
- Handle a range of skilled tasks with high competency, including:
- Installing luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring
- Bathroom remodeling (full or partial, including fixtures, tile, plumbing basics)
- Room additions and expansions (framing, drywall installation/repair, painting)
- Exterior yard maintenance (trimming, fencing repairs, deck work, general landscaping upkeep)
- Other duties: carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, assembly, general home repairs
- Deliver professional, high-quality work with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Plan your day and week to maximize projects, supplies, and customer service within your 4-day schedule.
Requirements:
· Must reside in Prince William County, Fairfax County, or Loudoun County, Virginia (for efficient local response and travel).
· Proven expertise and hands-on experience (5 years preferred) in the key areas above: LVP flooring installation, bathroom remodeling, framing/drywall/painting, basic plumbing, and electrical and exterior yard maintenance.
· Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and insurance.
· Own basic tools (we provide specialty tools/materials as needed).
· Strong problem-solving, positive attitude, pride in craftsmanship, and ability to work safely.
· Pass background check.
· Willingness for occasional overnight travel (fully compensated and supported 1-2 times per year).
