Role Description
As a Senior Project Manager in Hospitality Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure that projects meet or exceed quality standards, are delivered on time and on budget, and exceed client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in hospitality construction management
- Proven track record in managing and delivering projects on time and on budget
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with local and regional building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification or equivalent
- LEED Certification or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in design-build projects is a plus
