Job Summary:
Mars Auto is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Wiring Technician to join our wiring shop. This role involves assembling automotive wiring harnesses, cutting and measuring wire, following step-by-step instructions, and using basic hand tools. Light electrical knowledge is helpful but not required — we will train the right person. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a high-energy performance shop, this is a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and modify automotive wiring harnesses
- Follow written instructions, diagrams, and build sheets
- Cut, strip, and measure wire lengths accurately
- Use basic hand tools (crimpers, cutters, drills, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Use a computer to print labels, follow build lists, and update completed tasks
- Assist with inventory, labeling, and part preparation
- Work closely with shop leads to ensure accurate and on-time production
Requirements:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Basic hand-tool experience
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using a computer
- Light electrical knowledge is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be able to stand, bend, or work at a bench for extended periods
- Must be reliable and punctual
- No remote work — must work onsite in our wiring shop
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation:

$16 – $22 per hour, based on experience
