Payroll & Employee Benefits Administrator
Mars Area School District
Full-time Act 93 position reporting to the Business Manager. Responsible for processing district payroll, administering employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and PSERS reporting, and maintaining payroll and benefits records. Serves as a resource for employee payroll and benefits inquiries and supports audits and reporting. Experience with ProSoft Financial or similar system preferred.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in accounting, business, or related field; minimum 3 years payroll/benefits experience (school district experience preferred). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality required.
Salary: Commensurate with experience per Act 93 Compensation Plan.
