- Serve as the main point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries to the Sales and Events office, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Support Sales and Event Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and other documentation
- Manage client communications and maintain accurate event records and reports
- Coordinate event details with departments such as Catering, Banquets, and Front Desk
- Track sales leads, update databases, and assist with reporting
