Job Summary
As a Rooms Operations Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's rooms area departments, including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the execution of all operations in these departments, while also leading a team of staff to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field.
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related field.
