We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Participate in special events or banquets as needed, providing support for beverage service.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Basic math skills are necessary for managing transactions and inventory counts.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and retail math is a plus.
- A background in hospitality or fine dining environments will be advantageous.
- Experience with banquet service is helpful but not mandatory.
