THE ROLE
The Housekeeping Room Attendant reports directly to the Housekeeping Managers, working to maintain the consistent cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and spaces. It is critical that you possess an eye for detail and can maintain our standards of cleanliness.
Our housekeeping teams are expected to hold themselves, the guests, and each other in high regard. You will actively develop trusting and transparent relationships with your peers, both in the department and throughout the hotel.

You are humble and understand the need to work side by side with others; and you take feedback to make things better seriously. It is quite natural for you to walk into a hotel and see the potential of the environment and how it could work for a variety of people, groups, events or meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
- Notify managers of necessary repairs.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Assist guests when necessary.
- Keep linen room stocked.
- Properly clean upholstered furniture.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well unsupervised.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests.
