- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including corridors and elevators, when necessary.
- Assist with laundry operations as needed.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and Marriott’s cleanliness protocols.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
