Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area at all times
- Assist guests with directions, information, and special requests
- Collaborate with front desk and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor lobby supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Competitive pay of $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
