Summary: The banquet bartender/ server is responsible for servicing banquet events according to banquet event order (BEO) guidelines and brand standards; providing the highest quality service to guests and team members; maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the meeting spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the correct and timely execution of all banquet event order functions
- Set up, serve and tear down banquet events.
- Maintain banquet rooms in neat and organized manner.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the banquet function space, pre-function space and storage areas.
- Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the company's policy.
- Be familiar with the operation of the POS system (micros).
