- Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas regularly
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and service areas to uphold overall property standards
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using approved products and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within commercial or hospitality settings
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
