Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supporting staff.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and brand protocols.
Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services.
Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, and modeling hospitality excellence.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in housekeeping management, custodial services, or a related leadership role.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and housekeeping best practices.
Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as business needs require.
