JOB SUMMARY

Marriott International is seeking a Director, Procurement Reporting to lead enterprise procurement reporting and analytics. This role sets the vision, operating model, and standards for how Enterprise Procurement measures performance, governs KPIs, and delivers executive-ready insights that drive decisions and results.

You will own Procurement KPI governance end-to-end—setting metric definitions, data standards, controls, and an operating cadence for performance reviews—and ensure KPI integrity across savings, SLAs, ESG, and other strategic measures. As the business owner for procurement reporting tools, you will lead the roadmap for scalable, self-service analytics and dashboards (including Power BI), driving automation, data quality, and consistent executive storytelling.

You will partner closely with Enterprise Procurement teams—including Category Management and Contracting—to deliver market intelligence, should-cost analysis, and Power BI dashboards that inform sourcing strategies, negotiations, supplier performance management, and executive communications.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with deep analytical and financial acumen, experience establishing disciplined controls, and a continuous-improvement mindset. You are comfortable influencing others in a matrixed organization and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive results.

  • Advanced Power BI capability is preferred (dashboard design, data modeling, and DAX); experience establishing KPI governance and reporting standards in a matrixed environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience in leading and managing projects. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, partnering with resources to achieve results through others.
