Responsibilities
- Assist lead electricians with residential electrical work
- Help maintain clean and organized jobsites
- Load and unload tools and materials
- Learn proper installation methods and safety procedures
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Maintain a clean and stocked company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow directions while showing initiative and willingness to learn
- Support the team however needed to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Desire to grow into a Service Technician or Install Lead
- Willingness to learn and improve daily
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
