This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Based Mental Health Therapist located in Eau Claire, WI. The therapist will be responsible for providing direct mental health services, conducting family therapy sessions, and creating individualized treatment plans. - Experience in Treatment Planning and crafting individualized care strategies
- Strong skills in Social Work and Case Management
- Proficiency in mental health support and therapy services
- Experience in Family Therapy and working with diverse family systems
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Wisconsin for mental health practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Relevant experience in community-based mental health services is a plus
