What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Based Mental Health Therapist position at Marriage and Family Health Services?
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled mental health therapist to join both our Day Treatment Program as a Group Facilitator and Outpatient Practices as a licensed mental health provider. In the Group Facilitator role, you will lead structured therapeutic group sessions designed to support individuals facing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and teens in a day treatment or similar setting, an understanding of group dynamics, and commitment to fostering a supportive therapeutic environment. Training and ongoing support and collaboration will be provided upon hire.
The proposed breakdown of hours is as follows:
20 hours per week dedicated to Group Facilitation in Day Treatment Programming
10 plus hours per week dedicated to Outpatient Mental Health Services
