We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and maintaining the flow of service within the restaurant. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Communicate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
• Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Utilize Toast POS system for managing reservations and tracking guest preferences.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest services.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
• Experience in hotel or restaurant environments preferred, with knowledge of food service operations.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Excellent guest relations skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
