Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team. This role involves assembling complex electrical and mechanical systems, primarily within industrial and construction environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical work, rigging, and construction site experience, with the ability to interpret blueprints and perform precise assembly tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with technical expertise in electrical systems, cabling, and field service operations to contribute to high-profile projects involving utility infrastructure, IT infrastructure, and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications
• Perform rigging, cabling, and wiring tasks using appropriate tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Conduct electrical work including low voltage and high voltage wiring, NEC compliance, and troubleshooting
• Operate bucket trucks, cranes, or other lifting equipment safely during assembly processes
• Assist with utility locating, trenching, or other construction site activities as needed
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with team members on field service projects involving IT infrastructure or tree trimming when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project phase

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical assembly, rigging, or related construction fields
• Knowledge of NEC standards, low voltage/high voltage wiring, and electrical troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters
• Experience with bucket operation, bucket trucks, climbing, or working at heights is preferred
• Background in industrial electrician work or commercial electrician experience highly desirable
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and utility locating techniques
• Construction site experience including safety protocols and equipment handling
• Ability to operate specialized tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, and testing devices
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in complex assembly tasks
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy components and climbing ladders or scaffolding
• Valid certifications related to electrical work or crane operation are a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
