Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site consultations with clients to assess tree health and recommend appropriate services.
- Develop and present customized tree care plans and estimates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of tree care services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in Tree Services
- 2 years of sales experience, B2C experience preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to assess tree health and diagnose issues accurately.
- Knowledge of tree care practices, pest management, and safety protocols.
- ISA Certified Arborist certification is required within 6 months of hire.
