ANALYST CLIENT DATA SERV COOR

Position Description:

The Client Data Services position is responsible for handling all new client software setups along with processing the outsourced client data each month. This position also requires strong time management, prioritizing, attention to detail and organizational skills. A self-motivated individual with the ability to work under little or no supervision is highly required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Handling all new software client setups

• Evaluating and analyzing data from clients.
• Importing and processing of the data.
• Data integrity analysis.
• Account balancing.
• Profitability.
• Creating setup documentation.

Processing outsourced client data

• Communication with the clients through phone calls and emails on sending and receiving data.
• Processing the data in a timely and proficient manner.

Create or assist in creating custom programs in SQL for clients

Assisting technical support

• Answering general software and data questions.

Involved in testing new software applications and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Extensive computer knowledge and experience.
• Advanced skills with all Microsoft office products.
• The ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form, across the organization, including senior leadership and with clients.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Experience in answering telephones and providing customer service.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Process oriented person
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical and complex problems

Other Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working with Wrike or similar Project Management Software.
• Familiarity with MCIF and CRM systems.
• Familiar with fixed length ASCII, pipe, tab and comma delimited files preferred.
• Previous software implementation experience.
• Background in technical project management.
• Familiarity with financial institutions and their databases and networks is preferred.
• Understanding of bank and credit union operations
• College degree
