We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, caregivers, families, and visitors. As the face of our agency, you'll play a key role in supporting our team, strengthening relationships with clients and caregivers, and ensuring our office operates smoothly every day.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients, caregivers, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming calls while providing outstanding customer service
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Assist clients and caregivers with questions and general support
• Maintain accurate records, files, and data entry
• Manage office correspondence and emails
• Support daily administrative and office operations
• Monitor and maintain office inventory
• Assist with ordering office supplies and ensuring the office is fully stocked and organized
• Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting reception area
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
