POSITION SUMMARY:
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing professional and courteous front-desk support for Marquis Certified Home Care. This includes greeting patients, families, and visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and supporting clinical and administrative operations to ensure efficient office workflow. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact and represents the agency with a high level of customer service and confidentiality.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls to the right person, at the right time
- Escalates potential patient issues to correct supervisor
- Ensures collaborative communication with team members and patients
- Manage scheduling, client files, and data entry
- Support the coordination of caregiver assignments
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all records
- Provide administrative support to the office team as needed
- Will be required to train on all Marquis systems, eventually helping perform the functions of an Intake Team worker
- Manages office supplies and safe storage of medical supplies

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
- Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Occasional flexibility may be required based on office or patient care needs.
Salary : $20 - $22
