What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Coordinator position at Marquis Home Care?
Seeking an experienced intake coordinator to add to our rock-star intake team.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Candidates main responsibilities include following through on all assigned referrals, making sure the process and regulation is being followed to get the referral to becoming an active patient. Every referral comes on in different stages of the enrollment process, coordinator will assess the case and take it to the finish line. Represents company as the first point of in house contact, answers calls in a professional and courteous manner. Works under the direction of the Intake and adheres to company guidelines when providing services.
Qualifications:
Coordinator must understand the MLTC enrollment process and how Medicaid is obtained (although Medicaid applications are not done in house here).
Excellent follow up and clear professional communication with outside companies is vital.
Marquis Certified Home Care offers many services, intake coordinator will need to be well versed in all services available.
