As a Marquis Assisted Living LPN you will assist your facility's Health Service Director (RN), Administrator, and Interdisciplinary team in resident-centered care coordination of residents living in our Assisted Living, which is part of a larger campus that includes skilled nursing services.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
JOIN AN OUTSTANDING TEAM!
As a Marquis Assisted Living LPN you will assist your facility's Health Service Director (RN), Administrator, and Interdisciplinary team in resident-centered care coordination of residents living in our Assisted Living, which is part of a larger campus that includes skilled nursing services.
Responsibilities May Include
- Assessments and follow up on residents with change of conditions, in coordination with the RN.
- Participation in move-in evaluations and service plan conferences with residents and their families.
- Support in the coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers in meeting resident centered care needs.
- Support the RN in Caregiver and Medication Technician training and supervision
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

- The qualified candidate will have an LPN license in the appropriate state.
- Experience in a healthcare setting working with the geriatric population is preferred.
- Strong computer skills are a must due to the use of an electronic medical records system.
