Medical Device Company in Irvine looking for Assemblers!
Shift: 5am-1:30pm M-F
Pay: $20-$22/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect and measure parts using microscopes and other precision measurement tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to production schedules.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of components as needed.
- Identify and report any issues or defects in products or equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with microscopes preferred.
- Ability to work with small parts and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on new tasks and procedures.
- Basic computer skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to operate machinery and equipment, including precision tools, requiring manual dexterity.
- Standing and Walking: Frequently required to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for extended periods.
- Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Bending and Stooping: Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to access equipment and materials.
- Vision: Ability to see details at close range and perform precise measurements and inspections.
- Environment: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
