Medical Device Company in Irvine looking for Assemblers!Shift: 5am-1:30pm M-F Pay: $20-$23/hrESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.Inspect and measure parts using microscopes and other precision measurement tools.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to production schedules.Assist in the assembly and packaging of components as needed.Identify and report any issues or defects in products or equipment.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience working with microscopes preferred.Ability to work with small parts and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to learn and be trained on new tasks and procedures.Basic computer skills.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Manual Dexterity: Ability to operate machinery and equipment, including precision tools, requiring manual dexterity.Standing and Walking: Frequently required to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for extended periods.Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.Bending and Stooping: Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to access equipment and materials.Vision: Ability to see details at close range and perform precise measurements and inspections.Environment: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsCompany DescriptionMarquee Staffing has built a reputation on expert local market knowledge, unparalleled personalized service and the ability to deliver winning candidates and job opportunities.Marquee operates offices located conveniently throughout Southern California.
