Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments and medications, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records
- Assist with developing and updating patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care instructions
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
Preferred Skills
- Excellent patient care and bedside manner
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems
