Our full-service clinic in South Orange County is hiring for a Full-Time Temp to Hire Back Office Medical Assistant in San Juan Capistrano.Pay rate: $21-23/hrSchedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thrsday, Friday 8 am-5 pm, Wednesday 11am-8pm, Occasional SaturdaysResponsibilities:Responsible for assisting Providers in the care of an all-ages patient population (pediatrics to geriatrics)Room patients, obtain and document vitals in AllScripts EMRSet up and stock exam rooms with necessary equipment, and sterilize equipment post-exam.Assist with clinical duties under the supervision of a licensed practitioner, including but not limited to: collecting blood and urine samples, giving injections, performing venipuncture, and assisting with minor procedures.Help with front office duties as neededMinimum Position Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMedical Assistant Certificate from an accredited programBilingual English/SpanishCurrent BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)Preferred Position Qualifications:One year of experience or training in a health care setting.Experience working in an electronic health record (EHR), Allscripts experience a plusCompany DescriptionMarquee Staffing has built a reputation on expert local market knowledge, unparalleled personalized service and the ability to deliver winning candidates and job opportunities.Marquee operates offices located conveniently throughout Southern California.
