Job Title: Assembly & Quality Control TechnicianShift: 1st ShiftJob Description:The Assembly & Quality Control Technician is responsible for verifying all work orders against job order specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with production standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Review and verify work orders to confirm all information matches job specifications.Read and interpret measurements, diagrams, and production instructions.Inspect and measure completed components to ensure they meet approved specifications.Assemble parts accurately according to established guidelines and quality standards.Weigh finished clubs, sort them by weight category, and verify measurement accuracy.Maintain a high level of accuracy, speed, and efficiency throughout all tasks.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality assurance protocols.Document findings and report any discrepancies or defects to the supervisor.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.Basic knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, scales, tape measures, etc.).Ability to work quickly and accurately in a production environment.Good communication and organizational skills.Previous experience in assembly, production, or quality control is preferred but not required.Shift 6am-2:30Pay $22.65/hrCompany DescriptionMarquee Staffing has built a reputation on expert local market knowledge, unparalleled personalized service and the ability to deliver winning candidates and job opportunities.Marquee operates offices located conveniently throughout Southern California.
