What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Technicians II/III 1st shift position at Marquee Staffing - CB?
We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Technician II/III to support production in a regulated life sciences environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing operations following cGMP, GDP, ISO 13485, and SOP requirements
- Operate production equipment, including pipettes, balances, pH meters, and heat sealers
- Complete production documentation and ERP transactions accurately
- Inspect products and packaging for quality
- Monitor equipment and report alarms or issues
- Clean and sanitize manufacturing areas and equipment
- Assist with materials, training, investigations, and process improvements
Qualifications:
Technician II:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of cGMP experience; associate degree in a related field; or high school diploma with 3 years of cGMP manufacturing experience
Technician III:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cGMP experience; associate degree with 3 years of related experience; or high school diploma with 5 years of cGMP manufacturing experience
Candidates must have regulated manufacturing experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or a similar industry. Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow detailed SOPs are required. NetSuite or ERP experience is a plus.
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Pay: $21–$27/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start
