For more information, visit MarqueeSportsNetwork.com/About.Position OverviewMarquee Sports Network is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Copy Coordinator!This position will focus on the execution, maintenance and fulfillment of local and national client partnerships and ad campaigns at one of the largest regional sports networks in the country.Primary Responsibilities: Multitasking with new orders and commercials both linear and digitalDaily interaction with television professionals in markets across the countryCross department collaboration with sales, engineering, master control, etc.Processing multiple sporting events including Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, NCAA, and IHSA.Daily generation of commercial and programmingScheduling commercials and applying traffic instructions to every scheduled commercialInventory control, database library management, broadcast automation, logistical issuesRequirementsA high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize requiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint requiredAdministrative support and 1-2 years’ experience preferredTelevision broadcast experience strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under a deadline requiredCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive salary range: $45,000 - $50,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
