Marque Urgent Care and Physical Therapy is proud to expand our Physical Therapy services in San Diego. Our mission is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers our community to live healthier, more active lives. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our growing Physical Therapy team.
We are seeking a motivated physical therapist to join our growing team, working three days a week at our Chula Vista clinic and two days a week at our La Mesa clinic. The schedule is flexible, with Monday through Friday if that's what you prefer.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new physical therapy clinic and become the face of Marque Physical Therapy in San Diego. We are looking for someone eager to lead, grow, and help build something exceptional.
Position Summary
The DPT will evaluate, plan, and implement customized rehabilitation programs for patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery needs, and movement impairments. This role is ideal for a collaborative, motivated professional who values evidence-based care, strong patient relationships, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with referring physicians, urgent care providers, and other clinicians to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement, community outreach, and professional excellence
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current California Physical Therapy License
- Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Prior outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required
- Opportunity to help launch and grow a brand-new clinic in Chula Vista and work in an established clinic in La Mesa
