Marposs is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our team with documentation, organization, and recruiting efforts.
Qualifications:Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, editing, and standardizing job descriptions across departments
- Support HR documentation efforts, including maintaining accurate employee records, files, and internal resources
- Help organize and streamline HR documents and shared folders for easy access and consistency
- Partner with the HR team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes
- Assist with recruiting activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking
- Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation
- Assist with the transition to a new HRIS system, including organizing data, reviewing employee information, and supporting documentation updates
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Schedule
- Part-time position, 20–30 hours per week
- Flexible schedule Monday–Friday during regular business hours
