ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Stoploss Coordinator works with the Stop Loss/Excess of Loss community and IT to investigate issues and resolve problems. The Stoploss Coordinator works directly with Stop Loss Carriers and MGUs to understand their needs and then collaborates with IT to deliver required reporting. This position reports to the AVP of Claims.

The Stoploss Coordinator works directly with Stop Loss Carriers and MGUs to understand their needs and then collaborates with IT to deliver required reporting. This position reports to the AVP of Claims.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Month end Stop Loss reporting
- Strong ability to read stop loss contracts
- Analyze reports to determine data integrity issues, provide solutions
- Release monthly reporting within the company
- Develops relationships with Stop Loss Carriers and MGUs that foster trust and collaboration.
- Quickly understands existing business issues and data challenges
- Runs reports to analyze data and identify anomalies
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes
- Acts as liaison between Stop Loss Carriers and MGUs and the Account management team.
- Other duties as required
- Highly organized and capable of focusing on problem details
- 2 years of experience with Reinsurance
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products including MS Word, MS Excel or equivalent
- Pleasant demeanor when working with others.
- Energetic and motivated.
- Work with minimum supervision
- Fast paced, dynamic work environment requiring the ability to be adaptive, innovative and flexible
