Racquet Sports Desk

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor 
• Answer phones and respond to member inquiries in a timely and helpful manner 
• Manage court bookings, lesson scheduling, and program registrations using an online reservation system 
• Provide accurate information about lessons, clinics, events, and social play opportunities 
• Anticipate the needs of racquet sports professionals and assist with smooth transitions between lessons and activities 
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk and surrounding areas 
• Support daily operations, including check-ins, payments, and basic administrative tasks 
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages member engagement and participation 

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others 
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn reservation/booking systems 
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment 
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to assisting staff and members 
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (but not required) 

Preferred Traits:

• Positive attitude and upbeat energy 
• Comfortable engaging with a wide range of members and guests 
• Interest in tennis, pickleball, or padel is a plus 
• Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction 

Salary : $25 - $27
