What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant position at Maronick Law, LLC?
We are looking to add a Legal Office Assistant to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general office tasks to include, but are not limited to, answering phones and speaking to potential clients, gathering information, scanning documents, maintaining client files, updating attorney calendars, preparing trial binders, answering basic client questions, and otherwise assisting office staff.

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glen Burnie, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Relevant Law Firm Experience: 2 years (Required)
- High School Diploma (required)
- Associates or BA/BS (Preferred)
