Regional President Florida
Position Overview:
Responsible for leading the Florida/Georgia/Alabama region's homebuilding operations and new market expansion.
Reporting Relationship:
- Reports to: President of Florida/Georgia/Alabama
- Supervises: 3-4 Division Presidents
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists President of Florida in carrying out Maronda homes vision of Easily Observable Better Value.
- Oversees division presidents in overall operations, company strategies and long-term growth.
- Assists in the preparation and execution of monthly flash, quarterly forecast, and annual business plan strategy of units for sales, starts, and closings for each division.
- Oversee the overall profitability and success of multiple homebuilding divisions within Maronda homes.
- Execute Maronda homes asset/land lite philosophy and assist or helps locate land banking and/or third-party developers.
- Ensure the land pipeline meets or exceeds future growth goals projections and conforms with Maronda homes asset/land lite philosophy.
- Assists in the review of land contracts for procuring, presentation, approval, and submission to the land committee.
- Assists in expanding growth by potential development of new satellite markets personnel, land position, company values and systems.
- Execute Maronda homes to-be-built sales philosophy with minimal use of speculative inventory.
- Assists divisions in overall homebuilding operations (Cycle times, customer service, cost variance, RONA, RMC capture rate, and asset lite strategy)
Minimum Required Education:
- 4 year bachelor's degree
Preferred Experience:
- 7-10 years of homebuilding management preferred on a regional or company level for multiple divisions totaling more than 1500 units

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Must be willing to travel to all new and existing divisions as required.
