Tax Manager

We are seeking a Tax Manager with 5–7 years of public accounting experience to join our team. Duties

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Manage client relationships
• Review work of staff and seniors, providing mentorship and guidance
• Conduct tax research and planning strategies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Requirements

• CPA license preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong experience preparing/reviewing tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120/1120S)
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Experience mentoring staff preferred

Pay: $118,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
