Part Time Key Holder

As a Part Time Key Holder at Huk Gear, you will play a vital role in supporting the management=t team by aiding in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and assisting in store sales and inventory management

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in opening and closing the store in accordance with company policies
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining merchandising and visual presentation
• Provide excellent customer service that promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Help train and mentor new team members in store operations and customer service
• Actively engage in sales goals and contribute to meeting those targets, daily, weekly and monthly

Schedule:

• Shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours
• Approximately 15 hours expected per week
• Required availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Availability on weekends and holidays as necessary
  
  

Compensation:

• $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of retail experience preferred
• Previous experience in a Key Holder or supervisory role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task
• Proficient in basic math and ability to operate a cash register
• Strong understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform essential functions of the job
