You'll work on a variety of commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and environmental projects while contributing to work that makes a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

What You'll DoElectrical Installation & Maintenance

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Run conduit, pull wire, install panels, switchgear, lighting, and electrical devices
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Perform electrical testing and ensure systems are functioning properly
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely

Project Execution

• Complete electrical work according to project specifications, schedules, and code requirements
• Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades on job sites
• Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Safety & Quality

• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Conduct work in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Perform work to the highest quality standards
• Identify potential hazards and report safety concerns promptly

Team Support

• Assist apprentices and less experienced electricians as needed
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment
• Contribute to efficient job site operations and project success

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license
• Minimum 3–5 years of electrical installation and maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience operating lifts and other job-site equipment
