Role Description The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated in-store experience by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through Marni’s collections with personalized styling advice. Day-to-day tasks include building long-term client relationships, managing sales transactions, handling post-sale follow-up, and supporting customer service inquiries. The Client Advisor will also maintain visual standards on the sales floor, assist with inventory activities, and contribute to boutique events and client outreach initiatives. Collaboration with store management and team members to achieve sales targets and uphold Marni’s brand image is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proficient in Customer Service and Communication, with the capacity to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, courteous assistance.
- Familiarity with Insurance-related processes or policies in a retail or luxury environment is beneficial.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a premium customer-facing role preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
